I also take a compound of three types of magnesium with my first meal and my other regular daily supplements. Magnesium has helped me develop calmness, and has also made me more regular. I mention all this because I believe my faithfulness to my vitamin and supplements regimen is noticeably helping me feel better. Even my usual morning sinus congestion is much less pronounced. I also take 12 mg of ivermectin weekly, for maintenance, and I have just recently begun a single 5-drop dose of chlorine dioxide daily. I have had Covid twice, the first one mild, (fall 2020), the second much worse (late 2021.) I have not been vaxxed in any form for 58 years, and the only times I've been hospitalized in my entire life were the 5 childbirths.
Resting when rest is needed is EXTREMELY important.
