Most often, they don't know it's from the vaccine and their doctors aren't helping them. Many are going to the Mayo clinic and they are clueless. Eliminating pro-inflammatory foods, such as sugar is definitely helpful. Switching to grass fed beef and eggs gives the body key nutrients. I don't see how eliminating animal based foods is useful. Her desire to lower cholesterol is based on bad science too. Cholesterol is a necessary component for her healing.

I have to disagree with her about the doctors not being at fault. As she said she was just a number…yes a $$$ number! They were paid to not say a word about the shot injuring people and their solution was giving more RX, making her more dependent on pharma (she was told fir rest of her life she had to take all that RX), and in return pharma is giving them more $$$.

I was also told I have to live with my symptoms as all the tests I took showed nothing is wrong. I am so angry that I took the first 2 shots as I thought I was doing the right thing. I feel my symptoms are getting worse every day. Some days are very hard to get through and at night it is very hard to sleep. I am in my late 60’s and am worried I may never feel healthy again.
