Religious exemption or not, no one should have been forced or coerced to take a shot they did not want. I hope people sue them all!

Agree, the ruling looks positive on the surface, but it is based on the wrong premise . Not to diminish the importance of religious faith, but the science and objective reality of both the illness and (lack of) proven safety and effectiveness of the countermeasures needs to be held to account.

Agree.I think bodily autonomy is absolute. And to add insult to injury, intramuscular injections and mRNA transfections (which are far more deleterious) cannot generate mucosal immunity so there is no mechanism for the prevention of transmission or infection of any respiratory virus,/pathogen. This was criminal to begin with.

"...bodily autonomy is absolute." Exactly. Not conditional.

Here’s where they get the sheep that can’t think. The experts say to protect the herd everyone has to inject lethal toxins into their bodies. Putting poison into your body to protect random people is nonsense. When you end up in the hospital and have massive medical bills from the poison, the herd is nowhere to be found! Pharma isn’t paying your med bills and neither is the herd!

Expand full comment

And the "herd" doesn't exist, because these injections did not create immunity.

Take this toxin to protect grandma! 💯😎

Herd immunity doesn’t exist especially through toxic poison! The fact that sheep believe this is crazy! But they put the word herd in front to trick sheep to inject toxins to save the herd! They need people to be part of a herd to do irrational shit! I took this poison to protect random people! Nonsense!

Body autonomy is the only thing that matters in life. Once you give that up game over. Neve give it up especially to psychopaths that want to maim or kill you while profiting off your misery. They mandate the poison, hide what’s in it, hide the trial results, protect themselves from liability but the sheep still take it! And then wonder why their immune system no longer exists, they stroke out or even worse! Hey at least some sheep received a free doughnut for destroying their health! I have a buddy that took it to go on vacation. Since then 2 massive strokes, colon cancer, and endless seizures. Right side of his brain is fried. Learning to walk and talk again and he has 3 sons. Hope that vacation was worth it! Just had to go to Europe during a plandemic! And he was healthy af. Eats extremely healthy, Black belt jiu jitsu, MMA fighter, total bad ass! You can’t reverse the damage done! No refunds! When I post stuff on social media you are supposed to read it!

Let's hope that more of these rulings will then lead to the next step of compensation for the millions of grieving & injured vaccine recipients.

casualties of war. These were untested prototype EUA military countermeasures renamed "vaccines" so the public would not resist. No one would've agreed to jab themselves or their kids with an untested prototype EUA countermeasure made by the Pentagon.

No government entity has the right to determine any person’s religious belief…sincere or otherwise. The next step would be to claim God doesn’t exist. Surely they would use the premise that if you can’t prove God exists then you can’t shield yourself from health agencies forcing a medical procedure that desecrates His temple. Your body is God’s temple. He created it for you. It’s yours to protect.

Expand full comment

Exactly.

And I would add, no HR department bureaucrat has the right to determine the validity of another person's religious belief, either.

That’s fine, but one shouldn’t need any justification beyond the fact of choice to refuse injection with a dangerous foreign protein. The Pope, going well beyond his field of expertise, advocated the taking of the poisons.

Francis (pope in title only) abandoned Catholics the world over by failing to defend our bodily and spiritual integrity.

Agreed. So did the Dalai Lama. All religions are part of the globalist agenda because these religions serve to divide people by convincing their followers that their belief alone is the absolute truth. Remember religious wars?

We need to awaken to the truth of our existence and recognnize that all our institutions are part of the Matrix. I don't mean to offend anyone but if we do not wake up to this fact we will never get out of the Matrix and that is what the globalists want. We need to come together as human beings and remember who we are.

🤔🤔🤔 Isn't that the very same Blue cross blue shield company that also paid ridiculously obscene incentives to their Drs to hit c-19 shot targets? Needed to get a certain amount in the arms to receive 100k bonuses, etc.

Yes, and follow the money to the corrupt government officials at the CDC and FDA.

And follow the money to the corrupt American Pravda bought off by the Big Pharma ads which some have opined to be 70% of their advertising revenue - all legacy media including FOX should be only referred to as American Pravda.

Sincerely held medical beliefs? How do they determine this? I’m not very religious, but I hold sincerely that vaccines are demonic.

Expand full comment

There's theory and then there's practice. In theory, according to US law, all you have to do for a religious exemption is state that it is your sincerely held religious belief that you should refuse the jab, that's it. In practice, however, there are people who are long-time members of churches, with supporting evidence about that up to ying-yang, whose applications for religious exemption were denied, or in some cases, not even answered.

Share this with all employers who pushed this same agenda on their employees. It’ll maybe help them think about ever doing it again.

Expand full comment

I'm just amazed that this happened, that so many companies that didn't have to, on their own initiative, nonetheless went ahead and imposed mandates on their empoloyees. It was obvious to me that there would be pushback, maybe from a minority, but it would be serious pushback, and that this day would come— that they would have to pay for it. They may also end up being held liable for deaths and injuries of employees as a result of those mandated jabs, and I hope that they are.

From what I gather most of the employers Believed they were following government guidelines!

The outcome of this case demonstrates to all employers that they and only they are liable. We need some of this here in Australia For all employers to see what they have done and what they are now liable for.

Expand full comment

Yes, I would agree, most employers who, upon their own discretion, imposed mandates believed that they were doing the right thing, and moreover protected in doing so by following guidelines-- in the US, that would be CDC guidelines. However guidelines are guidelines, they are not mandates, they are not laws. The naiveté of these employers led them into a trap. I expect many (small restaurants, and the like) will be lucky, as most employees went along with it without protest, and most people who took the jabs seem to be more or less OK. The thing is, that isn't so for everyone. Some employees are dead, some are severely injured, and many are pissed as heck and ready to sue their employers' socks off. And I don't have any pity for those employers because mandating experimental shots was violation of human rights and an utter stupidity besides.

Expand full comment

I would like to see lawsuits against the hospitals and medical systems that continue get away with mandating employees to be vaxxed just because they can claim the health of patients could be at risk. Medical students and medical staff continue to be required to take every vaccine that comes out. This needs to stop or we won’t have anyone left to care for us.

This whole covid circus put HR staff in the illegitimate and bizarre position of being arbiters of an employee’s religious beliefs. I have a family member whose HR head told him they’d have to contact his PASTOR to discuss his refusing the jab. In what twilight zone alternate universe does an employer (or their representative) have the right to discuss an employee’s religion with their pastor???

100 M would be better for the lesson. ...Covid-19 has been a total hoax, hardly any danger -not more dangerous than the normal flu. There are different math-logic methods to prove it. The newer one is much faster, simpler and smarter, its summary is pasted as the Shortened Supplement on the main page:

https://zenodo.org/records/8312871

Any quick deaths-accelerator, giving a high average age of its victims, must form a group of decedents with clearly over twice increased average number of chronic conditions against the number in a comparative group of alive ones with the same age-structure like of "official Covid-19 victims"
