Pfizer had to be aware by late 2020 of the demographic profile of covid 'victims'. They would have seen the data from Italy, the Diamond Princess, and other locations. Even with the crappy PCR tests (which their scientists would have been well aware of) and the habit of classifying traffic accident victims as covid fatalities, they would have known that the 'virus' was really only a risk to 75+ year olds with other medical issues.
Meaning, almost all of their staff members, and certainly the staff members at the factories who were actually producing the shots, were not at risk at all. Very few of them would be over 60.
They could have pumped out some internal-use injections using their Process 1 technique since that would work at a small scale. However, why waste the money and time if you think that there is almost no risk. Cheaper and more efficient just to use saline.
