A week ago, my 31 year-old nephew had a stroke. Of course scary at the time, but gradually since then, he's showing signs of improving. He still has left-sided issues ie his vision, his left arm. Yesterday, when I visited him in hospital, the doctors said he could go home that day, which was excellent news.
He worked in a gym and 'was' very fit and healthy, the blood clot to the back of his head, in the consultant's words "remains a mystery".
