Wouldn't you see it in areas highly vaccinated? Congo as of 2023, had 14% of population that had received one dose. I have no idea what those shots were or how they were handled or if they were the ones dumped from other countries. Most in the country live in conditions of extreme poverty and lack clean water and proper sanitation and many have nutritional deficiencies. There have been many dermal reactions after these shots - but no one thought to call it mpox but some were diagnosed as shingles (reactivated chicken pox).
I suspect an intentional misdiagnosis - strep can cause such lesions. A couple months ago a friend was telling me about these sores on the anus of her young son - doctors could not figure it out. I did a search and found "perianal strep" so I asked her if anyone had strep - turns out yes she did a couple months prior - I suspected it was transferred from the towel to the child - she final got an appointment and told the doctor who ran the test and treated him. "Perianal strep is a skin infection around the anus caused by streptococcus bacteria. It's most common in children, especially between the ages of six months and 10 years, and often occurs in the winter and spring. The infection can be caused by wiping the area after using the toilet with bacteria from the mouth or nose, or by scratching the area with fingers that have bacteria." Today they would probably claim he had mpox. Also remember many diseases are renamed AIDs in Africa, Because they receive priority for diagnosing such. So the joke is if you want to cure Aids in Africa - have them move to America.

Re: the revelation a couple years ago that a researcher found no mRNA or spike proteins in the several vials (viles?) of Covid shots she personally examined, only nanotech particles and graphene oxide (she mentioned La Quinta Columna's research): my theory is simple.
The biggest Pharma companies responsible for mass producing the Covid shots intentionally made batches of their own products different from each other, in many ways. This was not poor quality control, it is deliberate malfeasance, because the recipients of these shots are viewed not as fellow citizens in need of protection, but lab rats.
I also believe it was all designed to waste authentic researchers' valuable time while they debated horrifying Covid shot ingredients, and which ones were maiming and killing people of all ages.
Pfizer and Moderna are especially egregious in this regard. In the case of AstraZeneca, I'm inclined to think they were mortified by the injuries and mortality. In the case of J&J, given their history of both malfeasance and poor quality control, their own Covid shots IMO likely fall under the latter category.
